Many large businesses and organizations have been sued for having a non-ADA-compliant business website. Today, we learned that the management company for pop music superstar Beyonce has also been served, as explained in this article on FoxNews.com:

"A civil action suit was filed on behalf of Mary Connor in a Brooklyn, N.Y., court on Jan. 3 against Beyonce’s management company, Parkwood Entertainment. The suit alleges that Beyonce.com violates the Americans with Disabilities Act because it is not equipped with technology that allows visually impaired individuals to use it independently."

The technical team at PD/GO Digital Marketing has tested several web pages on Beyonce.com and found that, in fact, the current website does have multiple ADA compliance violations. These issues make it difficult, if not impossible, for a visually-impaired website visitor to properly enjoy equal access and use of the website and ability to purchase Beyonce's merchandise.
