Setting Up Email Account

In order to setup your email account within your preferred desktop application or mobile device, you will need to have the correct settings for your device to connect to our mail servers.

Mail Configuration Settings

The following server settings are suitable for POP or IMAP protocol. As a rule of thumb, IMAP is recommended if you're checking your mail account from multiple devices.

Username: Your full email address (lower case)
Password: Contact Support if you do not know your password

Incoming Server: mail.pdgo.com

  • SSL Enabled
  • Incoming Port 993 for IMAP (or 995 for POP)

Outgoing Server: smtp.pdgo.com

  • SSL Enabled
  • Outgoing Port 465
  • Outgoing mail requires authentication
